Work Place Discrimination

Everyday in the retail world if you are not what "normal" people of society look like, you will be judged by not only the employees but also the management. If you fit the following descriptions, you are being watched:

1. Black
2. Mexican
3. Poor
4. Poor and Black
5. Poor and Mexican
6. White Trash
7. Poor White Trash 
8. Anything BUT Rich White

All these people are not only constantly watched but also pressured into getting out of the retail store as fast as possible. Not only are you being watched but to add to the discrimination, if you wear a back pack, you become even more of a victim. Although I can say that most of the trash which comes into retail stores with back packs and look "shady", often do steal but that's beside the point. 

If only people judged not by looks but by what they actually do, then when the world truly be free of discrimination and judgment. So if you do fit the following descriptions, please take it upon your self and make sure to call out and punk anyone that is giving you harassment. There are employees that will NOT judge you and will gladly help you. So speak up and show them to never judge a book by its cover. That is all.
