Microsoft and Students

For all the students out there that NEED Microsoft Office and other Microsoft programs, they have come up with a great way to get what you need for only a fraction of the cost. For example, Microsoft Office Professional 2010, usually retails for $500. But with the student discount, you can get it for only $79.95.

The second I saw/read about that, I bought/installed Office Professional 2010 and Windows 7 Professional. Not only has it helped greatly with school work and just the over all speed of computer, I was able to save hundreds of dollars. So just because you're going to school and need Office 2010, do NOT think that you need to spend all the money that retail stores expect you to. In the current economy, save some money but still get good stuff!

Another good reason to upgrade your Vista or Windows 7 Home Premium, you can run the XP compatibility mode. This allows you to run all your old software that only worked on Windows XP. It is a good tool to have, just in case. For directions to to run the compatibility more, click here.
